What are our delivery times?
If your mat is in stock, you will receive it within 48 hours under normal circumstances. Additionally, you will receive an email with the estimated delivery date once the payment is verified.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to Italy, France, the Netherlands, and Germany for €6.99. And if your purchase exceeds €60, shipping is free!

Do you ship to the Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla?
Unfortunately, we do not currently ship to the Canary Islands. For Ceuta and Melilla.
What happens if I am not home when the order arrives?
The carrier will contact you via text message or email to arrange a new delivery date.
