What is the deadline to return a product?
You have 14 calendar days from the receipt of the order to request a return, as long as the product has not been used, is in perfect condition, and has its original packaging.
How to process a color or model exchange?
Write to us at hola@tombarella.com indicating the order number and model you wish. We will inform you of the availability and the steps to manage the exchange.
Who covers the return shipping costs?
In the case of a change of mind, the return shipping costs are covered by the customer.
If the return is due to our error or a defective product, Tombarella covers all costs.
What happens if the product arrives damaged or incorrect?
Don’t worry! If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, let us know as soon as possible (with a photo of the product’s condition) and we will arrange the pickup and replacement at no cost to you.
How are refunds processed and what is the timeframe?
Once the product is received and reviewed, we will process the refund using the same payment method used. The timeframe is usually 3 to 7 business days after validation.
Can I choose a voucher instead of a refund to my account?
Yes. If you prefer, we can generate a voucher for the amount of your purchase to use on the website whenever you want. Just let us know when you process the return.
